Hi again - thanks for stopping by! I first discovered my passion of games user research through my background in psychology. When I learned there was a career where I could combine my love of psychology and video games, I was sold! I saw this path as an opportunity to give back some of the magic that video games have brought to my life. I’m continuing to immerse myself in the field by pursuing a PhD in Applied Computing—an interdisciplinary degree that combines knowledge of psychology and human-computer interaction. As an avid gamer, I have a deep desire to understand why people behave the way they do in video games. I use my knowledge of video games combined with my expertise in research methods to better understand the psychology and needs of gamers as well as develop meaningful solutions that maximize the player experience!

When I’m not researching video games, I spend my free time playing them! You’ll often catch me on League of Legends grinding LP, getting #1 victory royales on Fortnite, or winding down after a busy day with some Sims 4.
